Privacy notice

This is a one-person business, and the short version is that I collect as little as I can and share none of it.
What I collect
- Contact details — your name and email, when you write to me or book a session.
- Birth data — your date, time and place of birth, which I need in order to draw your chart. Tarot readings need none of this.
- Session recordings and notes, where a reading includes them.
Why I hold it
To prepare and deliver the reading you booked, and to answer follow-up questions afterwards. Nothing is used for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making, and I do not sell or share it.
Who else sees it
Only the services required to run the business: the scheduling platform that handles bookings, the email provider that delivers messages from the contact form, and the payment processor. Each sees only what it needs. Nobody else does.
How long I keep it
Session recordings and reading notes are kept for two years so I can refer back if you book again, then deleted. Emails are kept as long as the conversation is live. Ask me to delete anything at any point and I will.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If aggregate visitor analytics are enabled, they are privacy-preserving and record no personal data and no cross-site identifiers.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email hello@livharwood.com and I will action it within 30 days.
